How to Add or Modify Users on The Account

To add contact or modify the existing account administrators:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. To edit current user's permissions:
    • Click the green pencil next to a user
    • Under Permissions toggle on/off the permissions you'd like that user to have
  4. To create a new user:
    • Click create new user
    • Fill in all fields, email is required as this becomes their username
    • Give them a User Type
    • Under Permissions toggle on/off the permissions you'd like that user to have
    • Click create user

How to Change Your Password

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the Account tab
  3. In the upper right corner, click the dark gray button and select My Profile from the drop down list
  4. Click Change Password and enter your new password twice.
  5. Click update my password to save

Please Note: If you cannot log in, you can click reset my password under the login fields to get a link to reset your password.
